Wall thickness is determined by the pipe schedule. For Schedule 10 piping manufactured to ASME B36.19M standards, the wall thickness is engineered to reduce material weight while ensuring dependable containment. Specific wall thickness dimensions depend on configuration and can be verified through our material certification and inspection documentation.

Our stainless steel piping is available in outside diameter sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 12 inch. Options include welded or seamless construction in Schedule 10 wall thickness, manufactured to ASME B36.19M standards in both 304/304L and 316/316L stainless steel alloys.

Our piping is supplied in certified 304/304L and 316/316L stainless steel alloys per ASTM requirements. Grade 304 provides versatile corrosion resistance for utility and cooling systems, while grade 316 offers enhanced resistance against chlorides and corrosive process chemicals.

Pipes are available with standard mill finishes or polished internal and external surfaces. Polished options are ideal for sanitary, pharmaceutical, and high-purity water installations requiring smooth flow paths and easy cleaning.

Depending on configuration, our stainless steel piping can accommodate maximum operating temperatures up to 1,700°F (925°C). Actual operating limits depend on your specific alloy grade, system pressures, and environmental service conditions.
