Filter housings are manufactured using 304L stainless steel, 316/316L stainless steel, or non-metallic fiberglass. Selecting the appropriate alloy or fiberglass construction depends on water chemistry, operating temperatures up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, and system corrosion requirements in mission-critical facilities.

High flow polypropylene cartridges offer filtration ratings ranging from 0.5 to 100 microns. The oversized pleated design delivers high dirt-holding capacity across depth-oriented media, allowing facilities to target fine suspended solids or coarse particulates without creating excessive differential pressure.

Multi-bag vessels accommodate from 2 to 24 standard size number 02 double-length bags. Closure options include clamp, swing-bolt, and davit-assisted assemblies, with internal stainless steel perforated support baskets and standard ANSI flanged connection options to match facility piping.

High flow elements and multi-bag vessels provide substantially larger surface area per element compared to standard 10-inch cartridges. This reduces the total element count, minimizes gasket seals, and allows operators to complete changeouts rapidly through single cover assemblies during scheduled maintenance.
