Liquid Filter Cartridges for Data Center Cooling & Process Water

These liquid filter cartridges provide flexible particle removal ratings ranging from 0.5 to 100 microns. This range enables precise protection for critical components, allowing facility engineers to address fine particulate fouling in chilled water loops, cooling towers, reverse osmosis pre-filtration stages, and general industrial manufacturing process water applications.

The cartridges feature an all-polypropylene construction, including the filter media, cage, core, and end caps. They have an outside diameter of 152 mm (6 inches) in a single open-ended configuration. Standard available lengths include 20, 40, 60, and 80 inches, with seal options including EPDM, E-FKM, FKM, and Silicone.

The recommended change-out differential pressure for these high-flow liquid cartridges is 30 psi differential. Monitoring pressure drop ensures consistent filtration efficiency and protects pumps from unnecessary strain before dirt loading reaches the maximum operating differential pressure of 60 psi at 70°F (21°C).

These filter cartridges utilize an inside-to-outside flow pattern. This flow direction captures and traps contaminants on the interior of the single open-ended pleated element, preventing retained debris from re-entering the process or cooling water stream during routine maintenance and filter cartridge change-out procedures.

The maximum operating temperature for these polypropylene cartridges is 176°F (80°C). At this maximum temperature, the cartridges support a differential pressure of up to 35 psi (2.4 bar), ensuring reliable performance in elevated process water loops and industrial cooling circuits.

The cartridges are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. In addition, the materials comply with FDA requirements for food and beverage contact under 21 CFR regulations and meet European Commission Regulation (EU) 10/2011 compliance requirements for process water integrity.
