Filter change-outs are determined by monitoring the differential pressure across the vessel. Polypropylene high flow cartridges have a recommended change-out differential pressure of 30 psi. Monitoring pressure differential ensures elements are replaced before particulate accumulation creates flow restriction, excessive pump load, or compromises the rated maximum operating differential pressure of 60 psi.
