5 Micron 20-Inch Water Filters for Data Center Filtration Systems

These high-flow filter cartridges are constructed with all-polypropylene filter media, cages, cores, and end caps. This all-polypropylene construction provides broad chemical compatibility for industrial water streams. Additionally, the single open-ended cartridges feature multiple seal options to suit operating requirements, including EPDM, E-FKM, FKM, and silicone O-rings, ensuring a secure seal inside the filtration vessel during inside-to-outside flow operations.

Filter cartridges should be changed when the differential pressure reaches the manufacturer recommended change-out threshold of 30 psi differential. Operating beyond this pressure limit can reduce flow rates and increase strain on cooling pumps and system equipment. These cartridges have a maximum operating differential pressure of 60 psi at 70°F (21°C). At higher operating temperatures, the high temperature differential pressure limit is 35 psi at 176°F (80°C). The recommended change-out differential pressure is 30 psi differential.
